Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WebLaunch services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

WebLaunch provides web development, web design, and e-commerce development services. The specific scope of work for each project is defined in individual project proposals and contracts.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to: - Provide accurate and complete information for your project - Provide timely feedback and approvals during the project - Ensure you have rights to all content you provide (images, text, logos) - Make payments according to agreed-upon schedules - Maintain backups of your own content and data

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the custom work created specifically for your project, including: - Custom designs and layouts - Custom code written specifically for your project - Content you provide WebLaunch retains the right to: - Use the project in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed) - Reuse general techniques, frameworks, and non-custom code

Payment Terms

- A deposit is required before work begins (typically 50%) - Final payment is due upon project completion, before launch - Late payments may result in project delays or suspension - All fees are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified

Project Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but depend on: - Timely client feedback and approvals - Receipt of required content and assets - Scope remaining as agreed Delays caused by client response time will extend the project timeline accordingly.

Revisions and Changes

Projects include a reasonable number of revisions as specified in your proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges, which will be communicated before work begins.

Warranties and Disclaimers

WebLaunch warrants that: - Work will be performed in a professional manner - Deliverables will function as specified in the project scope We do not guarantee: - Specific business results (sales, traffic, rankings) - Compatibility with future software updates not yet released - Uptime or availability of third-party services

Limitation of Liability

WebLaunch's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If you terminate: - Payment is due for all work completed - You receive deliverables for work paid in full WebLaunch may terminate if: - Payment is significantly overdue - You breach these terms - The project becomes impractical to complete

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. This includes business strategies, customer data, and technical implementations not meant for public disclosure.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
